Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tamr-dates.com with photos of the issue. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
